Where Do You Ship To?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
UK orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days using tracked delivery.
Europe within 1 week, and international orders may take longer depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
UK: 24-Hour Tracked (next working day once fulfilled, up to 2 days). 48-Hour Tracked (2–3 working days).
Europe: Up to 1 week, depending on customs and location.
Rest of World: Usually longer than 1 week, depending on customs and location.
All orders are sent a tracking number via email once shipped.
Do I Need To Pay Customs Duties or Import Taxes?
UK orders: No customs fees.
EU orders: Import VAT and duties are collected and prepaid at checkout, so nothing further is due.
US orders (from 29th August 2025): Any duties will be collected at checkout.
Other regions: Local customs duties and taxes may apply, payable on delivery.
What Happens If I Don't Pay Customs Duties?
If you decline to pay, we must confirm with the courier that the parcel is being returned to us before issuing a refund.
A shipping and handling fee may be deducted to cover return costs.
Can I Update My Shipping Address After Placing An Order?
If you spot an error, contact us immediately: info@signetsunday.com with your order number.
We’ll try to update your address, but changes can’t be guaranteed once the order is in process.
If a mis-delivery occurs due to an incorrect address, you may be liable to cover shipping to reship this.

Returns & Exchanges.
Everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your SIGNET pieces.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, packaging intact to qualify. Returns that don’t meet these standards won't be accepted.
How Do I Start A Return/Exchange?
Submit your request through our returns portal using the same email you placed your order with and your order number (#110…).
Once approved, you’ll receive the return address (and a Royal Mail label if you’re in the UK).
Can I Exchange My Item?
Yes if you’re in the UK.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days via our returns portal, and are subject to availability. If your requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
International orders are return-only at this moment in time.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
UK customers: A Royal Mail label is provided.
International customers: You’ll need to arrange and pay for your own tracked service, and mark the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid rejection at customs.
When Will My Refund Be Processed?
After your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method (this is usually much quicker).
