WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to almost all countries Worldwide. Orders placed within Europe should take up to 1 week to arrive, and possibly a little longer outside of Europe. All customers will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Orders placed during the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday.
24 Hours Tracked aims to deliver the next working day once fulfilled; however can take up to 2 working days. 48 Hours Tracked is within 2-3 working days.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realise an error, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update it. However, we cannot guarantee changes these changes will be implemented before the item is shipped. If the incorrect address results in a mis-delivery, we cannot be held responsible, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the item.

WHAT IS A CUSTOMS DUTY?
When you import goods into a particular country, region or customs territory, you may encounter a charge known as a "Customs Duty" imposed by the local customs authorities in the country where the goods are being imported into. If Customs Duty is required by your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. In cases where Customs Duty is applicable, the payable amount is typically calculated based on the value and type of the goods you're importing, and what country you’re importing into.
AM I REQUIRED TO PAY CUSTOM FEES AT SIGNET SUNDAY?
- UK Orders: No customs fees as we ship domestically.
- EU and European Orders: Import VAT and Custom Duties are collected at checkout, so nothing further is due on delivery.
- US Orders (effective 29th August 2025): Customs duties may apply. These will also be collected at checkout, meaning you won’t be charged again on delivery.
If you believe you’ve been wrongly charged customs fees, email us at info@signetsunday.com and we’ll resolve it.
For other locations, you may receive customs and duty charges issued by your local customs authority upon delivery. Please see below for further information.
WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?
If you choose to decline the customs fee, we need to verify with the courier that your package will be returned to us, before processing a refund for your order. A shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return costs. To avoid potential customs fees and surprises, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing your order with SIGNET. If any shipments are rejected by customers due to customs fees, the return shipping fee charged by carriers will be deducted.
I WAS NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY AND MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED
In this case we will happily re-ship your order, however you will be required to cover delivery costs.
This is £5 for UK orders, £10 for EU orders, and £15 for International Orders.
