Refund policy
Extended Holiday Returns
Our 2025 Extended Holiday Returns Policy allows any items purchased between 20 November and 31 December 2025 to be exchanged* or returned up until 6 January 2026.
*exchanges are UK only. Outside these dates, our standard returns policy applies (see below).
Items purchased at a discount during Black Friday period, 27th November 9am - 1st December 11:59pm GMT are only eligible for store credit if returned.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must submit a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags still on the item, and in the original packaging with all extras. Returns that show signs of use, washing, and/or the presentation box or labels are damaged or removed, will not be accepted and we may return the order to you.
You can submit a return by logging our returns portal here. You must use the same email you used to purchase the order, and your order number (#110..)
If your return is eligible, you will be provided with an address to send your order back to.
- You’ll need to include proof of purchase/your order confirmation number (#110...) in the box upon return.
- UK customers will be provided with a Royal Mail shipping label.
- International customers will need to purchase their own shipping label. When returning an order from outside the UK, it must be declared as 'returned goods' to your local post office when shipping, or it will be rejected by our centre.
- Ship this within 7 days of submitting your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once our team has confirmed receipt of your item, and assessed the condition, we'll process your refund back to the original payment method within 14 days of being received at our warehouse, and you'll receive an email once this has been done.
Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. We are not liable for any lost or undelivered return shipments.
All returns are subjected to a £3.00 restocking and handling fee. This does not apply to orders for customers who wish to exchange an item (if stock is available), orders which are returned because the item is damaged, or orders that are returned because the order was incorrect.
You can always contact us for any return questions at info@signetsunday.com, and we're happy to assist. Please include your order number (#110....) in the subject line of your email otherwise this may not be picked up.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item once it has been delivered, you have 14 days from delivery to submit a request on our exchange portal here.
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If your exchange is not available, we reserve the right to issue you with a refund instead once the item has been returned. Once an exchange has been processed, we do not offer refunds on the exchanged item.
We do not accept exchanges for International Orders, only returns.
Damages and Issues
You will have 48 hours from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage, defects, or missing items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.
Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if the tag has been removed from the item. If you item is received without a tag attached, it will be returned back to you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days once it has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once we have approved it.
